COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. A standard ₹50 handling charge is applied at checkout. You can pay with cash or via delivery agent UPI QR code when your package arrives.

We provide an easy 7-day return policy for unused bags with brand tags, warranty cards, and original packaging intact. If you received a defective or damaged product, we arrange a free doorstep exchange.
Once the returned item is inspected at our facility, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, we transfer via NEFT/UPI after receiving your verified account details.
Yes. All brands sold on Harry Sons (Vittag, VIP, Skybags, American Tourister, Harry Sons Signature) come with official manufacturer warranty coverage ranging from 1 to 5 years against manufacturing and material defects.
