1. Order Cancellation (Pre-Dispatch)

Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch/shipping directly from your account.

• Cash on Delivery Orders: The order is instantly cancelled with zero liability or penalty.
• Prepaid Online Orders (Razorpay): Once cancelled, a refund review is initiated and credited back to your original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.

7-day hassle-free return window for manufacturing defects and transit damage.

3. Official Brand Warranty

1 to 5 Years Official Manufacturer Brand Warranty on all genuine branded products.

4. Doorstep Return Pickup Process

Upon registering a valid return, we will arrange a complimentary reverse courier pickup from your delivery address within 2 to 3 business days. Once the parcel is collected and safely arrives at our quality inspection department in Bengaluru, it undergoes inspection within 48 hours.

5. Refund Timelines & Settlement

- Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI): Refunds are credited directly to the original bank/card account within 5 to 7 business days following inspection approval.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our accounts team will provide a secure link to submit your verified Bank Account (IFSC) or UPI ID. NEFT transfers are executed within 3 business days of verification.
